About this Program
Yoga classes are offered at multiple locations at Ohio State. The classes are focused on toning, calming, meditating, healing and opening. There are many styles of yoga, but each usually combines physical postures, breathing technique, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga has been shown to reduce pain, blood pressure and heart rate, improve function, relieve stress and boost mood, calmness and confidence.
Cost: Fees range from individual coaching to group classes.
