About this Program
The Legal Aid Society of Lubbock works to afford low income clients of the South Plains with first-rate legal assistance, advocacy and quality counsel at free and/or reduced cost. Their staff includes attorneys and paralegals who specialize in family law services including protective orders, adoptions, divorces, child custody/support, grandparent access, enforcements and modifications, and elder law services including wills, statutory powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney and advanced directives to physicians (living will).
