The RAMP (Renovate-Accessible-Mobility-Prevention) home modification program provides an experienced specialist to visit a person's home and develop a design plan with the goal of helping them function safely and independently in their living space. Elements of a home modification plan can include grab bars in bathrooms, handheld showerheads, adaptable faucets, shower accessibility, handrails for stairs, cabinet hardware adjustments and ramps.
