The Nevada Lockbox has two filing components: the Advance Directive Registry and the Guardianship Nomination Registry.
The Advance Directive Registry is a simple and secure approach to ensure that your medical wishes are followed. A copy of your advance directive will be kept confidentially and readily available to you and your health care provider, when needed, 24-7.
The Guardianship Nomination Registry is a secure filing of your "Request to Nominate Guardian Form" which is available in the event that an authorized entity needs to determine whether a person has nominated a guardian.
