About this Program
Providing expert case management, a complete base of referrals, outreach in the community and in-house funding of assistance for clients in crisis, HopeLink services clients county-wide, including all of Henderson and Boulder City.
HopeLink provides a wide array of services including free classes in the areas of parenting, financial guidance, computer skills for those with little or no knowledge, nutrition, and practical life skills to help move people out of poverty and into self-sufficiency. They also offer shelter, inclement weather emergency housing, supportive housing, rental of four homes in the community under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, a food pantry and nutrition programs, senior service programs, community resource fairs and family events, family and child programs and Breakfast Bookworm, a literacy program in 10 local schools. Free tax preparation services under the VITA program, holiday gift assistance for those under case management, and rent and utility assistance are also among agency offerings.
All service and program recipients qualify based on verified need and require client accountability and mutual participation toward case management goals.
